Tomoyo is SAKURA’S best friend and is the best friend anyone could ever ask for. She constantly supports Sakura and comforts her when she is in dire need of a friend. Tomoyo is always by Sakura’s side no matter what and supports her in Sakura’s quest of finding all of the Clow cards. Tomoyo is very artistic and creative and is the main source of all of Sakura’s Battle costumes.

Tomoyo is quite clearly in love with Sakura in the sense that she will place her own happiness aside just to make sure that Sakura is happy and she is also Sakura’s cousin. She is always there for Sakura even when she is sad or unhappy and even aids Sakura with the capturing of the Clow cards.

Tomoyo is very rich, as her mother is the owner of a large toyshop. She comes up with all the costumes for Sakura to wear when capturing the Clow cards and makes sure that she tapes everything that Sakura does even to the point of taping Sakura’s confession to Syaoran. Tomoyo has the most beautiful voice and participates frequently in choir practise.

Tomoyo understands everything and can understand other people’s feelings especially when SYAORAN loves Sakura but is unable to convey his feelings to her. She is very open with her feelings and expresses her own opinion regardless of what other people think and is willing to give lots of advice to her friends. Tomoyo is very polite and quite and has an exceptional voice.

Tomoyo does not possess any magical powers but her strength and determination are very important to herself and for the confidence of her friends. Even Tomoyo is part of the Cardcaptor Team and helps encourage Sakura when she isn’t happy or is unwell. She is also one of the most mature of the group.
