The Star Costume

Costume features in episode: Movie 2
Costume features in Chapter: N/A

Tomoyo designed this costume for a very special video featuring Yue, Kerberos and Sakura fighting again monsters created by the Create card. This costume is different to the rest of the costumes that Tomoyo has made as it features stars all over the costume. This outfit features a hat, a dress and a split end cloak along the back of the dress. This costume is also very light weight and easy to move around in

The Whole Outfit consists of 4 colours, which are white, yellow, blue and orange stars. This outfit is very easy to move around. Again with this outfit, Tomoyo has made it so that the skirt/dress is both elegant with little frills at the end of the skirt as well as fairly short to allow movement in the costume. This outfit is made specially for the fighting of these monsters and Tomoyo has taken all the factors of Sakura’s surroundings as well as the monsters she is going to fight into consideration.

The main aspect of this outfit is the dress and cloak. Tomoyo has made the dress as a kind of bodysuit and the dress extends from the middle of her neck all the way to just above her knees. The Dress starts from the neck with a frilly part and then extends to just above her knees and the edge of the dress has a star emblem and the rim of the dress attached to it. This part of the dress is yellow and the rest of the dress is blue with the white frills at the top and rim of the dress.

Next is the cloak part of the outfit. It is attached to the dress although there is a large collar or smaller cape that covers the top part of the costume. The cloak is white and extends all the way to the floor. The whole cape is white and it is split at the centre of the clock, which creates a split. Both ends of the split part of the cloak have a yellow zigzag like cut and the rest of the cloak from this zigzag cut is yellow. The split ends of the cloak are also accented with 2 orange stars, one on each end of the split cloak.

The large collar or smaller cape that covers the top part of the costume is again split at the centre of the smaller cape and causes another split and both ends of the split ends of the cape have a orange star at the end of them. The whole rim of this small cape is yellow and the rest of the cape is blue. The 2 parts of the small cape is joined together by a yellow zigzag ribbon and a large orange star.

The gloves and boots of the costume are also very important as they protect Sakura from hurting herself. The Gloves are both blue and have a yellow rim with a white frilly part around the rim of the glove. The boots extend from the top of her knee all the way to her feet and are again blue with a yellow rim and white frilly part around the rim.

Finally, the hat really accents the costume and is a vital part of the costume as well. The hat is round and sits just on the back of Sakura’s head. The rim of the hat is yellow and white and at the back of the hat, there is a long blue tail that protrudes from the hat and at the end of the tail, is another small orange star.
