This costume is Designed by Tomoyo again but this costume is in the style of a Jester's Costume due to the bells at the end of her shirt and hat and this gives us the impression of a jester. This outfit is is used to capture the Watery Card in Episode 3. The whole outfit is water proof because Sakura is dealing with the watery card so Tomoyo made sure that the whole outfit was waterproof.

The Whole Outfit consists of 3 colours which are white, blue and Yellow but the whole outfit is very light weight and yet again easy to move in. In one part of the episode, we can see that it is very streamline and it is very easy to avoid the water because Sakura mainly dodges all of the water that watery is attacking her with. Again with this outfit, Tomoyo has made it so that the whole skirt is split so that it doesn't cause any problem for Sakura but she seems to make sure that the whole outfit will be useful and will help Sakura whilst trying to capture the card.

There are quite alot of main aspects to this outfit. Again, Tomoyo has used the bodysuit underneath to protect Sakura. For starters the split skirt is very eye catching but because it is split it is far easier for Sakura to move around in. Additionally, there are bells attached to the end of each split part of the skirt (probaly makes alot of noise) but on the front part of the skirt, the split part of the skirt are shorter than those at the back. Also the sizes of the bells vary so at the front of the skirt, the bells are smaller than those at the back. The Skirt is attached to the main part of the white vest that goes over the blue bodysuit. The whole white vest extends to the top of Sakura's shoulders but the vest has a v-shaped neck and therefore we can see the blue bodysuit underneath.

The blue bodysuit is well colour coordinated with the hat and the shoes. The Hat has a white hem with 2 yellow circles on either side of the hat. Although form the hat, extends two blue, slender tails coming from the hat which both have each a golden bell at the end of each tail. This Hat also fits at the back of sakura's head but this means that the long tails don't get in sakura's way. The Body suit, is made up of blue gloves which are not attached to the main body suit but they are both very long and extend from sakura's hands to just past her elbow.

Sakura's Collar also has to smaller tails that are on the front and they have 2 smaller bells that are attached to each end. Lastly the boots. The boots are just like what a jester would wear and they go just past her ankle but they are mainly blue with gold rims and a golden bells attached to each boot. The end of the boots curl round towards sakura.
