This costume is worn in the opening credits of the second season of Cardcaptor Sakura. It is based on the theme of a fairy and is designed by Tomoyo. This costume is very interesting as it is covered with wings. The idea of a princess comes from the crown that is worn on Sakura’s head.

This costume is mainly based on a yellow colour. The creamy coloured dress has a high neckline and is also sleeveless. Although there are long gloves that reach past her elbow and they have a ruffled edge. On the front of the dress is a small pin of a wing with a ruffled piece of fabric pinned on the costume. The skirt is split into 2 segments, which have been cut to resemble wings. The wings of the skirt extend to the bottom of the costume. Under the skirt, is a pair of yellow shorts that are puffed out.

Again, this costume features the long thigh high socks with lace to finish them. The shoes are yellow with a yellow wing on top of them. On the back of the dress is a pair of cream coloured wings and on top of Sakura’s head is a princess’s crown.
