Here are the famous chants that Sakura and Syaoran use to summon the Clow cards or any other form of magic in Cardcaptor Sakura. I have put both the Cardcaptor Sakura (CCS) Incantations and the Cardcaptor dubbed chants (CC).
Sakura's Chants
Summoning the sealing wand:
CCS
Key that hides the powers of the dark,
show your true form before me.
I, Sakura, command you under our contract...
Release!

Key of Clow,
power of magic,
power of light,
surrender the wand,
the force ignite! Release!
Capturing a Clow Card:
CCS
Return to the guise you were meant to be in,
Clow Card!

Summoning her star wand:

Transforming a Clow Card into a Sakura Card:
